1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Once the product is delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Exceptions: Returns or exchanges apply only for items deemed damaged or defective (see Section 2).

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective products under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided.

Inspection

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

3. Refund Process for Defective Items

Refund Method

  • Refunds for defective items will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal).
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or provided as store credit.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of approval.

4. Shipping Costs for Defective Items

  • Return shipping costs for damaged or defective products will be covered by us.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns due to other reasons.
